NTT West will verify if service can be provided at your residence.
NTT West may also visit to inspect on-site the condition of the equipment and the type of connection in your residence.

If your residence is a rented accommodation, you must obtain the authorization of your landlord for installation.

You will be contacted by NTT West and decide the installation date.

If you did not ask NTT West to apply for an Internet service provider, please apply for the ISP you plan to use yourself before the service start date.

The service commencement notification will be sent from NTT West. Since important information is written on this document, keep it in a safe location.
* If you do not have the service commencement notification, NTT West may not be able to install the service.

Keep the documents sent from the ISP you applied to in a safe location.
* If you do not have the ID or password, NTT West may not be able to install the service.

A representative from NTT West will visit and perform the initial installation work.

The “FLET'S Hikari Next Easy Setup Guide", “Startup CD-ROM & Setup Manual", and "First Time FLET'S Setup Manual" provided by your NTT West installation technician are only guaranteed to operate on a Japanese language operating system.
Be aware that they will not operate on an operating system in languages other than Japanese.
