- Provides a discount of 10% off monthly line service charges to FLET'S Hikari or FLET'S ADSL customers on the condition that the service is used for two consecutive years. (Application required.) This discount does not apply to contract fees, installation charges, internal wiring usage charges, optical network unit rental charges, and terminal equipment usage charges.

- Users who choose to terminate their service agreement before the last day of the 24th month (counting the service start month as the 1st month) will be subject to the termination charge below.
