The "Initial Installation Discount Campaign" is a campaign to discount the initial installation charges for new applications for FLET'S Hikari Next (Family Type, Apartment Type), FLET'S Hikari Premium (Family Type, Apartment Type), or B FLET'S (Apartment Type), for customers in all service areas† provided the customer joins the "CLUB NTT-West (a membership program with free entrance/yearly charges)“*1 and commits to a 15-month period of continuous usage. (Application required) At the customer's discretion, if the contract is canceled within 15 months of the start of service, the customer will pay the prescribed amount.*2 |

Special Notes
- A contract charge of 800 yen (840 yen tax-inclusive) is separately required.
- Campaign prices for initial installation work assume a typical installation (wiring and installation work required to install the network unit in the customer's residence). Separate installation charges may be necessary depending on the type of construction work actually required.
- NTT may ask customers to arrange for new piping depending on the condition of existing piping in the customer's residence.
- This discount shall not apply if the customer fails to commence usage by Friday December 31, 2010.
- Separate installation charges are required when Hikari Denwa, regular subscriber line, FLET'S TV, and/or other services are installed at the same time.
- This discount does not apply to installation charges incurred when changing plans.
Example: Changing from "B FLET'S Family 100 Type" to "FLET'S Hikari Premium (Family Type, Apartment Type)". - Customers that have received campaign benefits for "FLET'S Hikari Next", "FLET'S Hikari Premium", or "B FLET'S" in the past do not gain eligibility for this discount by canceling and reapplying for "FLET'S Hikari Next", "FLET'S Hikari Premium", or "B FLET'S".
The sum total of each service including consumption tax is shown on this website, but for customers with contracts for multiple services, the amount calculated and the amount actually billed may differ. The total billed amount is rounded down to the nearest yen.
