Customers who apply for a new contract and commit to a 24-month period of continuous usage for FLET’S Hikari Next Family Type/Family High-speed Type/Family Express Type/Apartment Type/Apartment High-speed Type/Apartment Express Type, FLET’S Hikari Light Family Type/Apartment Type, FLET'S Hikari Premium Family Type★/Apartment Type, and B FLET'S Apartment Type (all Internet connection services), and who join CLUB NTT-West (a membership program with free signup and no yearly fees) if applying as an individual. Users who choose to terminate their service agreement before the last day of the 24th month (counting the service start month as the 1st month) will be subject to the termination charge below. No termination charge applies for termination on the last day of the 24th month.

Special Notes
- This discount does not apply to changes in service (for example: changing from B FLET'S to FLET’S Hikari Next, or from FLET’S Hikari Next Family Type to FLET’S Hikari Next Family High-speed Type).
- This discount does not apply if the user chooses not to start using the service by at least August 31, 2012 (Fri).
- For charges after this discount is applied, check the ‘Discount Rate Table’.
- Users who choose to terminate their service agreement before the last day of the 24th month (counting the service start month as the 1st month) will be subject to the termination charge below. No termination charge applies for termination on the last day of the 24th month.
- The startup costs required for the FLET’S Hikari plan are a separate service agreement fee of 840 yen (with tax) and a charge for the installation work.
- This discount applies to typical installation work (installation and wiring up to the line terminal equipment). Separate installation charges may be required for other work.
- This discount does not apply to additional charges beyond the basic installation work, internal wiring usage charge for the second line and thereafter, LAN wiring work, etc.
