About Online Application Discount

- Usage charge and a contract with an ISP that supports these services is needed to use the Internet.
- *
- This discount does not apply to customers changing plans. Example: Changing from "FLET'S Hikari Premium Family Type" to "FLET'S Hikari Next Family Type".

- Users who have received the Web Discount in the past who terminate their FLET’S Hikari service agreement and reapply for it for the same installation location less than 1 year since the previous termination of a FLET's contract, or who have received the Web Discount 2 or more times, are not eligible for the discount.
- *
- The startup costs required for the FLET’S Hikari plan are a separate service agreement fee of 840 yen (with tax) and a charge for the installation work.
- *
- During the duration of this discount, the FLET'S Zutto (Continuous) Discount shall not apply. However, the discounted period qualifies as continued usage for the FLET'S Zutto (Continuous) Discount.

- For customers who applied for the FLET'S @Discount, discounted charges for the FLET'S @Discount will be applied after this discount period ends. However, the period during which this discount is in effect counts as part of the continuous usage period for the FLET'S @Discount.

- Customers may not be eligible for other prizes and campaigns sponsored by NTT West at the same time.

- If you move within the NTT West service area during the period for this discount, this discount will continue to apply regardless of the region you move to.(Only for the remaining period)

- Special school discounts are outside the scope of this discount.
About FLET'S @Discount
- *
- Provides a discount of 10% off monthly line service charges to FLET'S Hikari or FLET'S ADSL customers on the condition that the service is used for two consecutive years. (Application required.) This discount does not apply to contract fees, installation charges, internal wiring usage charges, optical network unit rental charges, and terminal equipment usage charges.

- Users who choose to terminate their service agreement before the last day of the 24th month (counting the service start month as the 1st month) will be subject to the termination charge below. No termination charge applies for termination on the last day of the 24th month. Click here for details regarding applicable cancellation fees for each service.
The sum total of each service including consumption tax is shown on this website, but for customers with contracts for multiple services, the amount calculated and the amount actually billed may differ. The total billed amount is rounded down to the nearest yen.
