- Provides a discount of 10% off monthly line service charges to FLET'S Hikari or FLET'S ADSL customers on the condition that the service is used for two consecutive years. (Application required.) This discount does not apply to contract fees, installation charges, internal wiring usage charges, optical network unit rental charges, and terminal equipment usage charges.

- If the contract is cancelled at the customer's discretion within two years, cancellation fees are required. Click here for details regarding applicable cancellation fees for each service.

- To qualify as on online application from the official FLET'S website, customers must click the "Apply" button on the following page at (http://flets-w.com/english/) and complete the required items in the Application Form. Customers do not qualify for this discount by "Registering for Application" or "Reserving in Advance".

- This discount shall not apply if the customer fails to commence usage by Friday December 31, 2010.

- This discount does not apply to the contract charge (800 yen (840 yen tax-inclusive)), or the installation charge, internal wiring usage charge, optical network unit rental charge, and terminal equipment usage charge. Note, Internet service provider charges apply separately.

- During the duration of this discount, the FLET'S Zutto (Continuous) Discount (based on years of continued usage) shall not apply. However, the discounted period qualifies as continued usage for the FLET'S Zutto (Continuous) Discount.

- Customers may not be eligible for other prizes and campaigns sponsored by NTT West at the same time.

- This discount will remain in effect in the event the customer moves to another location in Japan, regardless of the final destination. (Only for the remaining period)

- Special school discounts are outside the scope of this discount.

- Customers that have received limited period discounts for "FLET'S Hikari Premium" or "B FLET'S" in the past do not gain eligibility for this discount by canceling and reapplying for "FLET'S Hikari Premium" or "B FLET'S" contract.
The sum total of each service including consumption tax is shown on this website, but for customers with contracts for multiple services, the amount calculated and the amount actually billed may differ. The total billed amount is rounded down to the nearest yen.
