FLET'S Hikari Next is a high-speed optical fiber Internet connection service that provides a best-effort type service and a quality maintenance type application service (requires a separate contract).
FLET'S Hikari Premium
FLET'S Hikari Premium provides a high-speed optical fiber Internet environment.
It is a best-effort type service that provides upstream and downstream speeds of up to 1 Gbps.
B FLET'S
B FLET'S provides a high-speed optical fiber Internet environment. It is a best-effort type service that provides connection speeds of up to 100 Mbps.
<Maximum Connection Speed>

- FLET'S Hikari Next offers a best-effort type service and a quality maintenance type application service (requires a separate contract). "Up to 100 Mbps, 200Mbps or roughly 1Gbps" indicates the technical standard of the optical network unit (ONU)/residential VDSL device installed at the customer's residence. It does not imply the effective speed at the customer's residence.

- The actual connection speed may be lower depending on factors such as the customer‘s usage environment (performance of PCs, routers, and other connected devices, security features, radio wave interference, etc.) and line congestion.

- Due to user equipment limitations, changing to the FLET'S Hikari Next High-Speed Type or Express Type Internet connection plan may not improve the actual speed of users who already subscribe to a 100 Mbps service in some cases.

- In some service areas, this service may not be available yet, or at all due to infrastructure conditions.

- NTT West may ask customers to arrange for new piping depending on the condition of existing piping in the customer's residence.

- You will need to supply the LAN cable and LAN card (NIC) required for connecting the PC or terminal device.

<Apartment Type Plans>

- The service format (fiber optic line, VDSL or LAN) will depend on the equipment in the apartment building.

- Some VDSL services do not support simultaneous use of home equipment and a phone line.

- The Apartment High-Speed Type and Apartment Express Type plans are only offered as fiber optic services. They are not offered as VDSL or LAN services.
