This service is for customers living in multi-dwelling residences and mixed-use buildings. It offers high-speed Internet connections at up to 100 Mbps for a low monthly charge by sharing access of a single optical fiber among multiple customers.

- B FLET'S is a best-effort type service. The technical standard of the optical network unit (ONU) and residential VDSL device installed at the customer's residence does not imply the fact of speed at the customer's residence. The actual connection speed may be lower depending on factors such as the customer's usage environment (performance of PCs, routers, and other connected devices, security features, radio wave interference, etc.) and line congestion.
- In some service areas, this service may not be available yet, or at all due to infrastructure conditions.
- NTT West may ask customers to arrange for new piping depending on the condition of existing piping in the customer's residence.

- Customers who live in a building where FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type is already available are required to apply under the existing plan.
