FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type
This service offers high-speed Internet connections at up to 100 Mbps for a low monthly charge by sharing access of a single optical fiber among multiple customers. Three plans and three connection types are available depending on the condition of the customer's residence. The monthly charges differ for each plan.

- FLET'S Hikari Premium provides up to 1 Gbps (1,000 Mbps) of bandwidth over an optical fiber connection between a local NTT office and the customer's residence. It is a best-effort type service shared by multiple customers. The technical standard of the optical network unit (ONU)/residential VDSL device installed at the customer's residence for the FLET'S Hikari Premium Family Type and Apartment Type services is a maximum of 100 Mbps. It does not imply the effective speed at the customer's residence. The actual connection speed may be lower depending on factors such as the customer's usage environment (performance of PCs, routers, and other connected devices, security features, radio wave interference, etc.) and line congestion.
- In some service areas, this service may not be available yet, or at all due to infrastructure conditions.
- NTT West may ask customers to arrange for new piping depending on the condition of existing piping in the customer's residence. - *
- The Mini plan is limited to the VDSL connection.

- Customers who live in a building where FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type is already available are required to apply under the existing plan.

- NTT West will start providing the Mini plan in "FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type" service areas where potential demand exists. Therefore, the Mini plan may not be available in some "FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type" service areas.
