In order to use the Hikari Denwa service, a contract for FLET'S Hikari Next Family Type, FLET'S Hikari Next Apartment Type, FLET'S Hikari Premium Family Type, or FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type is required.

- When calling regular subscriber lines/INS-Net/Hikari Denwa services operated by NTT East or NTT West (excludes data connect communication at the same time as video phone calls or audio calls and data communication to data connect), competitors' landline phones, and competitors' IP phones (excludes calls to 050 numbers). Dialing charges are different for international calls and calls to cellular phones, PHS handsets, 050 IP phones, video phone calls, Navi Dial service, and similar services.

- Excludes calls to Guam, Saipan, and other regions.

- Consumption tax is not applied to international dialing charges.
- To use Hikari Denwa (Hikari Denwa A,) contracts and charges for FLET'S Hikari Next, FLET'S Hikari Premium, or B FLET'S Apartment Type (only available in certain areas) are required.
- Hikari Denwa requires separate installation charges.
- Calls placed via telecommunications providers using access prefixes such as 0039, and service such as Dial Q2 may be restircited.
- Hikari Denwa is not available during power outages.
Service Features
Hikari Denwa is an optical fiber based IP phone service available to customers using the FLET'S Hikari Next Family Type, FLET'S Hikari Apartment Type, FLET'S Hikari Premium Family Type, or FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type services.
- A contract such as FLET'S Hikari Premium with an Internet service provider is required in order to use the Internet.

- Calls placed via telecommunications providers using access prefixes such as 0039, and services such as Dial Q2 may be restricted.

- Hikari Denwa is not available during power outages.

- Hikari Denwa services are available to certain B FLET'S Apartment Type customers. A separate monthly Hikari Denwa VoIP router usage charge of 300 yen (315 yen tax-inclusive) is required.
