Dialing charges to Hikari Denwa

Dialing charges for calls made from NTT West landline phones to Hikari Denwa within the same prefecture are the same as those made between landline phones within the same prefecture. Dialing charges made from other carriers or inter-prefecture connections are billed at other carriers' rates.

To use Hikari Denwa (Hikari Denwa A,) contracts and charges for FLET'S Hikari Next, FLET'S Hikari Premium, or B FLET'S Apartment Type (only available in certain areas) are required.
Hikari Denwa requires separate installation charges.
Calls placed via telecommunications providers using access prefixes such as 0039, and service such as Dial Q² may be restircited.
Hikari Denwa is not available during power outages.

The sum total of each service including consumption tax is shown on this website, but for customers with contracts for multiple services, the amount calculated and the amount actually billed may differ. The total billed amount is rounded down to the nearest yen.
