*4: Fax Notification and Call Forwarding (Voice Warp) services cannot be used with the same telephone number.
*5: Call Waiting (Catch Phone) and Multi Channel services cannot be used with the same telephone number. (Excluding FLET'S Hikari Next.)
*6: Installation charge required to continue using a current regular subscriber line number with the Hikari Denwa service. Requires a separate regular subscriber line cancellation charge of 2,000 yen (2,100 tax-inclusive) [Basic installation charge of 1,000 yen (1,050 yen tax-inclusive) plus a telephone exchange setup charge of 1,000 yen (1,050 yen tax-inclusive)].
—If using the access service or transferring a number at the same time as Hikari Denwa, you are only required to pay the cancellation charge of 1,000 yen (1,050 yen tax-inclusive) for one service. Consult a sales representative for details.—
*7: Customers using additional numbers may use this service for all Hikari Denwa contractｓ (for all phone numbers).

†: When signing a new contract for "FLET'S Hikari Next Family Type", "FLET'S Hikari Next Apartment Type", "FLET'S Hikari Premium Family Type", "FLET'S Hikari Premium Apartment Type", "FLET'S Hikari My Town Family Type", "FLET'S Hikari My Town Family Light Type", or "B FLET'S Apartment Type", separate charges related to FLET'S access service are required.
†: There are no installation charges for Video Phone and High Sound Quality Phone services.

To use Hikari Denwa (Hikari Denwa A,) contracts and charges for FLET'S Hikari Next, FLET'S Hikari Premium, or B FLET'S Apartment Type (only available in certain areas) are required.
Hikari Denwa requires separate installation charges.
Calls placed via telecommunications providers using access prefixes such as 0039, and service such as Dial Q² may be restircited.
Hikari Denwa is not available during power outages.

The sum total of each service including consumption tax is shown on this website, but for customers with contracts for multiple services, the amount calculated and the amount actually billed may differ. The total billed amount is rounded down to the nearest yen.
