- The contractee and the recipient must both sign contracts for FLET'S Hikari Next Hikari Denwa and must use communications equipment that supports each service.

- Customers who signed a FLET'S Hikari Next Hikari Denwa contract during or before May 2010 who have not applied for Video Phone calls or High Sound Quality Phone calls must apply for this service.

Note: When combining and using multiple additional services, customers may experience some functional restrictions in those additional services and other additional services. Note, some additional services cannot be used in conjunction with other additional services.

- A telephone which supports Caller ID Display (Number Display) must be installed and setup to use Caller ID Display (Number Display). A separate installation charge is required to use Caller ID Display (Number Display).

- A contract for Caller ID Display (Number Display) or Caller ID Announcement (Number Announce) is required to use Anonymous Call Rejection. A separate installation charge is required to use Anonymous Call Rejection.

- For customers using Call Blocking (Meiwaku Denwa Okotowari) with a regular subscriber line or an INS line who are moving to Hikari Denwa and contracted for Call Blocking (Meiwaku Denwa Okotowari), the registered call blocking list cannot be carried over to the Hikari Denwa call blocking list. The call blocking list also cannot be carried over when changing from Hikari Denwa to a regular subscriber line or an INS line. The calling party will incur normal dialing charges while the message is playing. A separate installation charge is required to use Call Blocking (Meiwaku Denwa Okotowari).

- Dialing charges to a Call Forwarding (Voice Warp) contractee are paid by the calling party, but dialing charges from the Call Forwarding (Voice Warp) contractee to the forwarding number are paid by the Call Forwarding (Voice Warp) contractee (no dialing charges are incurred if the forwarding number is in use or does not answer). If using "Fax Notification", you cannot use "Call Forwarding (Voice Warp)" with the same telephone number.

- Subscribers with FLET'S Hikari Premium Hikari Denwa contracts cannot use Call Waiting (Catch Phone) when using Multi Channel or making Video Phone calls.

- When receiving a notification e-mail with "Incoming Call Notification", communications charges/packet charges may be incurred by the telecommunications service used.

- To use the Additional Phone Number service, in addition to the above charges, you must pay the universal service charge of 8 yen (8.4 yen tax-inclusive) per number. Customers who subscribe to the Additional Phone Number service can also subscribe with "(All common numbers) per Hikari Denwa subscription".

- G4FAX machines cannot be used. G3FAX machines can be used, but transmission quality may not be satisfactory depending on the communications environment. If the recipient is using an ISDN connection, fax services may not be available depending on settings at the recipient's end.
- To use Hikari Denwa (Hikari Denwa A,) contracts and charges for FLET'S Hikari Next, FLET'S Hikari Premium, or B FLET'S Apartment Type (only available in certain areas) are required.
- Hikari Denwa requires separate installation charges.
- Calls placed via telecommunications providers using access prefixes such as 0039, and service such as Dial Q2 may be restircited.
- Hikari Denwa is not available during power outages.
The sum total of each service including consumption tax is shown on this website, but for customers with contracts for multiple services, the amount calculated and the amount actually billed may differ. The total billed amount is rounded down to the nearest yen.
