Changing to "FLET’S Hikari Next" services
"FLET’S Hikari Premium" service offered from March, 2005 by
NTT West will end on January 1, 2019 (Thurs.).
We ask you to please change services to "FLET’S Hikari Next" or other services.
- There may be cases where "FLET’S Hikari Next" cannot be provided, or where it will take time before it can be provided, based on our company's equipment and the structure of the building.
For procedures and inquiries regarding changing to "FLET’S Hikari Next" services
Languages offered: English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean
- Service hours：
- 9:00AM〜5:00PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, year-end and New Year's holidays 12/29〜1/3
You can call us from cellular telephones or PHS as well. Please verify the telephone number you have entered before calling.
Verifying if your service is the service which will terminate. (FLET’S Hikari Premium)
You have a "FLET’S Hikari Premium" contract if "加入者網終端装置" or "CTU" is written on the side of your network device.
Network devices with "加入者網終端装置" or "CTU" written on them may also be used for "FLET’S Hikari My Town". Please make an inquiry, as "FLET’S Hikari My Town" is a service whose provision differs from region to region.
