Additional charges for installation work
Additional charges at night, late-night and during year-end and New Year holidays
The following charges are added to daytime installation fees.

Installation fees for designated time
It is the service to visit customers at the time when he/she requests in advance (on hourly basis) for indoor installation work and on-site inspection. Click here for details (Japanese version only). The installation fees are as follows. Also, additional charges at night, late-night and during the year-end and New Year holidays are not applied to the installation fees for the requested time.

Additional charges for installation work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
When an installation work is conducted on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, ¥3,300 is added to the installation fee (if payment by installment, ¥3,300 will be added to the 1st payment).
- It applies to the time when installation work is conducted during the year-end and New Year holidays (12/29 to 1/3).
- It is limited to the installation work which cable installers visit customers. It is necessary for new applications, transferring and changing services.
Installation fees to make cable routes
In the case of defected cable routes for phones and the internet, the option work is conducted to ensure the cable route with specialized tools. Click here for details (Japanese version only). The option work fees are as follows.

The work fees above are typical cases and may vary depending on the work.
Additional charges for installation work
If total installation fee (excluding daytime installation fee and installation fees for the requested time) is ¥31,900 and above, additional ¥3,850 will be charged every ¥31,900.
