Monthly usage fee for "FLET'S Hikari Next" when "Hikari Hajimewari Next" is applied
It is necessary to have a contract with and pay charges to an internet service provider to use the internet.
If you cancel by the end of the 24th month from the first month of use, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (up to ¥4,400). However, if you cancel on the last day of the 24th month, no cancellation fee will be charged.

It is the amount for the monthly usage fee when no discount services are applied, and it is not necessarily the discount amount for the monthly usage fee you are currently paying. - If you cancel by the end of the 24th month from the first month of use, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (Single-Family Homes:¥4,400 Apartment Complexes:¥2,200). About Cancellation fee
Important points to note for those who currently have a contract for the "with FLET'S" series
- For customers with "with FLET'S" series contracts, the discount may begin to be applied on the 1st of the month following the month of application or the 1st of the month after next, depending on the provider with which you have a contract.
- Depending on your provider, you may need to change your contract type and billing method. Depending on your provider, this may affect the points awarded under each company's point system, so please contact each provider for details.
- Depending on your provider, the billing month may change due to the application for this discount. As a result of the change in the billing month, fees for different usage months (monthly usage fees before and after the discount is applied) may be billed in the same month for approximately one to three months.
Other notes
If you apply for "FLET'S Hikari" newly, you will need to pay a separate contract fee and installation fee. If you change to "FLET'S Hikari" service that is eligible for this discount, you will need to pay a separate installation fee.
Discount period
The discount period is until the last day of the 24th month, counting the month in which the discount begins as the first month.
From the 3rd year onwards, the monthly usage fee will be the same as the amount without any discount services applied.

Application is required for “Hikari Hajimewari Next”.
- Customers who agree to continue this discount service during the discount period and who meet any of the following conditions are eligible for the discount.
- Those who apply for this discount at the same time as a new application for “FLET'S Hikari Next”.
- Those who apply for this discount at the same time as changing your service plan from the following services, or transferring and changing your service plan
"FLET'S Hikari My Town Next Family Type" (all FTTH access services) / "FLET'S Hikari My Town Next Family Light Type" (FTTH access service or IP phone service) / "Hikari Denwa Next" (IP phone service) - Those who apply for this discount at the same time as changing the service plans from the following services:
"Fiber Optic telephone", "Fixed-wireless telephone" (all IP phone services) / "FLET'S・ADSL" (DSL access service) / "INS Net 64", "INS Net 1500" (comprehensive digital communication services) / "FLET'S・ISDN" (Internet-related services (excluding IP phone))
- This discount does not apply if your contract is currently under this discount or the "Hikari Hajimewari", "FLET'S・Attowaribiki", "Hikari Motto Motto wari" , "Web Hikari Motto Motto wari" if you have previously applied it, or if you are transferring your Internet company from "Collaboration Hikari ＜Japanese version only＞".
