"Monthly usage fee" and "Initial charges" are required to use "FLET'S Hikari".
It is necessary to have a contract with and pay charges to an internet service provider to use the internet.
New applications for Hikari Hajime Wari (Discount Service) were closed on October 31, 2024. For customers with Hikari Hajime Wari contracts, these services will end in sequence beginning with customers whose contracts conclude in February, 2025. New applications for “Hikari Hajime Wari Next” (Discount Service) are being accepted from November 1, 2024.

- About "Hikari Hajime Wari Next"
Application is required for this discount.
If you cancel by the end of the 24th month from the first month of use, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (up to ¥4,400). However, if you cancel on the last day of the 24th month, no cancellation fee will be charged.
From the 3rd year onwards, the monthly usage fee will be the regular fee without applying any discount services.

- In addition to the monthly usage fee, a “Broadband Universal Service Fee” will be charged per line.
