New applications for "Hikari Hajime Wari" (Discount Service) will end on October 31, 2024. Even if you are currently under contract for "Hikari Hajime Wari", the service will be gradually discontinued starting from February 2025, the month when your contract expires. From November 1, 2024, we will begin accepting new applications for "Hikari Hajime Wari Next".

- Application is required for this discount.
If you cancel by the end of the 24th month from the first month of use, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (up to ¥4,400). However, if you cancel on the last day of the 24th month, no cancellation fee will be charged.
From the 3rd year onwards, the monthly usage fee will be the regular fee without applying any discount services.

- It is not possible to change from a lump-sum payment to payment in installments, or from payment in installments to a lump-sum payment once installation work has been completed. However, it is possible to pay the remaining balance during the payment term if you are paying in installments.
