   Application is required for this discount.If you cancel the service other than the month in which the discount period ends and the following 2 months, a cancellation fee (¥4,180) will be charged.For detailed information, please see below.

   • Internet Service Provider (ISP) usage fees are not eligible for discounts.

• In addition to the monthly usage fee, a “Broadband Universal Service Fee” will be charged per line.

  • If "Off-site installation" is possible, the total installation fee will be ¥2,200.
  • It is not possible to change from a lump-sum payment to payment in installments, or from payment in installments to a lump-sum payment once installation work has been completed. However, it is possible to pay the remaining balance during the payment term if you are paying in installments.

  • If you cancel "FLET'S Hikari Cross" during the installment payment period, you will be required to pay the remaining installation fee in one lump sum.

      • New applications for Hikari Hajime Wari (Discount Service) were closed on October 31, 2024. For customers with Hikari Hajime Wari contracts, these services will end in sequence beginning with customers whose contracts conclude in February, 2025.
        New applications for "FLET'S Atto Waribiki" ended on November 30, 2023, and the service will be discontinued on March 31, 2025.

• Starting April 1, 2026, on-site disconnection work requested by the customer at the time of cancellation may incur a fee.
