| Service Quality |
- FLET'S Hikari Cross is an FTTH access service (fiber optic internet connection) that provides maximum communication speed of approximately 10Gbps.
- It is the maximum speed according to the technical standard and does not necessarily indicate the actual connection speed. The maximum effective speed will be about 10% lower than the technical standard's maximum speed because the data necessary to ensure communication quality are added.
- Internet speed may decrease due to customer usage environments and service line congestion depending on the specifications of the equipment used.
